P. S officer to a village in uttar Pradesh. The caste system is at the peak at in that village.. The first scene from the movie reveals entire situation of the village.the next day he took charge the officer faced murder of two dalit children.rest of the movie shows how horrible is India's caste system and impotance of article 15.overall article 15 is a must watch movie. As a Indian we must aware of how much influence for article 15 in our life. The importance of this movies content last forever..
